All of our student housing options include essential utilities. That means power, gas, water, and Wi-Fi are already set up and ready to go when you move in. Each month, we divide the total utility usage among all roommates based on total usage and include it with your rent, so there’s no need to juggle multiple bills or accounts. You’ll pay just one convenient monthly payment, making it easier to budget and stay on top of everything.

Congratulations on taking the exciting step of moving into your own student house! Now that you’ve secured your space, it’s time to make it feel truly yours. As you prepare for move-in day, be sure to bring the essentials: furniture for your bedroom, along with cozy bedding, pillows, and sheets. You'll also want bathroom basics like towels, shower supplies, and a shower curtain, plus kitchen essentials such as plates, utensils, pots or pans, and a few food storage containers.

Don’t forget cleaning supplies, a laundry basket, a desk lamp, a mirror, and a few personal touches, like string lights, throw pillows, or framed photos to make the space feel warm and uniquely your own.
